Word of advice : Many sites will give you some standard answers to these questions. My advice is to think of YOUR own answer first, write down a few ideas, then if you need some practice on the right words or expressions to use go to vocabulary of interview questions

How was it solved ?

 Describe a time when you had to assist a co-worker.

 Tell me about a learning experience that profoundly shaped your personality.

 If you had unlimited leisure time, how would you spend it ?

 When you aren’t at work, do you prefer an agenda or are you spontaneous ?

 What is your major strength ? your major weakness ?

2 Diligence and professionalism

 Tell me about a time you had to extend a deadline.

 Give me one example of a specific task you had to do and explain the method you used to achieve your objective.

3 Job fit

 What would you like to achieve or develop in this position ?

 What is your motivation to do this kind of work ?

 Do you prefer continuity in structure or frequent changes in your daily routine ?

 Tell me about 2 or 3 aspects of a previous job that you wouldn’t want to repeat.

 What are your major inyerests in our company ?

 Tell me what you know about the industry.

 How do you stay current ?

 What skills would you like to develop in this job ?

4 Accomplishments

 Give me at least one example where your efforts lead you to accomplish something you can be proud of.

 Tell me about a person or group you had to work with to achieve something important.

 Tell me about one of your projects that failed ?
