Article 1.

Supplied to the Polyclinique of St. Etienne
six general purpose nurse practioner androids class B.

| Article 2. |
Said aformentioned androids shall not exceed the capacities
of human nurses in the same field as required by Equal Employment Law 1464
as stated by French Government and last updated June 24th 2051. As
also deemed mandatory these units are in every way a copy of a human being.
Their responses to any event shall be exactly as those of a normal person.
Simade Robotics refuses to accept any liability for the action of an independant
person. These previously mentioned androids are totally autonomous and
are to be treated as employees of the Polyclinique of St. Etienne. |
| Article 3. |
Paid to Simade Robotics shall be the average nonthly
salary of six general nurse practioners based upon the biannual reports
of the A.N.P.E . (AGENCE NATIONALE POUR L’EMPLOI) for said position in
the nation as a whole less a 14 % reduction. |
| Article 4. |
An intense training and upgrade agenda is reserved
for Polyclinique of St. Etienne. |
| Article 5 |
Graciously included is one class
D cleaning droid RX90 absolutely FREE |
| Article 6. |
Any advancement or upgrades of the aforementioned androids
that results in their occupying jobs that are of a superior situation to
general nurse practioner will result in the appropriate increase in salary. |
Demand for Subscription
Yes, in my position as regional manager of Group Dannon Medical
Facilities wish to engage six android nurses from Simade Robotics for work
in the Polyclinique of St. Etienne. The six articles above meet with my
approval. We are obligated to begin paying the first month’s salary two
months after delivery. In addition if we start payment one month after
delivery we recieve the one class D cleaning droid RX90 free.
