Following the tremendously successful 2007 issue, we are very proud to announce the third edition of the Review of April Fool's day Transactions (RAFT'2008). Last year, our reviewers were submerged by an outstanding quantity of quality papers. Although the standard has been set to a high level last time, we hope that we will be able to increase even further the number and quality of the articles published. We have worked hard since last year to reach excellence for RAFT'2008.
You are invited to submit a paper, by March 10th, 2008, to the RAFT Program Committee for consideration at the 2008 edition. A peer-review process will select the best papers which will be published in the transactions. Authors of the best accepted articles will be invited to present their papers at the Cafeteria in Montbonnot and to defend their visionary perspective at a plenary of their peers, on the 1st of April, 2008.
In the line of 2007 issue, we demand that the submitted papers follow strict rigour, technical soundness, originality, humour, funniness, weirdness and comprehensibleness. We greatly recommend nonsense, Gibberish, gobbledygook jargon and blah blah. Topics are entirely up to the authors, but a rude scientific treatment should be inflicted to the matter in question.

Here is a list of example papers expected:
Papers must be submitted via email to either Rodolphe Héliot (RodolpheHeliotgmailcom) or Antoine Zimmermann (AntoineZimmermanninrialpesfr) and should fit one of the following formats: LATEX or any kind of formatted text (e.g., Micro$oft Word, RTF, HTML, etc). Paper language can be either French or English.
The committee of the RAFT is composed of two half-human/half-scientist individuals who have been bred by a pack of crazy erudites.
