Following the outstandingly successful 2008 issue, we are very proud to announce the fourth edition of the Review of April Fool's day Transactions (RAFT'2009). Last year, our reviewers were literally overwhelmed by an incredible number of high-quality papers, which turned this journal into the most comprehensive publication in its field. Although the publication standard was astonishingly high last time, we hope that we will be able to increase even further the number and the quality of the articles published in this year's issue. More than ever, we have worked extremely hard to reach excellence and beyond for RAFT'2009.
You are invited to submit a paper, by March 2nd, 2009, to the RAFT Program Committee for consideration at the 2009 edition. A peer-review process will select the best papers which will be published in the transactions.
In the same spirit as in the previous years' issues, we demand that the submitted papers follow strict rigour, technical soundness, originality, humour, funniness, weirdness and comprehensibleness. We greatly recommend nonsense, Gibberish, gobbledygook jargon and blah blah. Topics are entirely up to the authors, but a rude scientific treatment should be inflicted to the matter in question.

We have also compiled examples of expected papers.
Papers must be submitted via email to either Rodolphe Héliot (rhaprilfoolsreviewcom) or Antoine Zimmermann (azaprilfoolsreviewcom) and should fit one of the following formats: LATEX or any kind of formatted text (e.g., Micro$oft Word, RTF, HTML, etc). Paper language can be either French or English.
The committee of the RAFT is composed of two half-human/half-scientist individuals who have been bred by a pack of crazy erudites.
