Editing ontologies in OWL

This session is to learn how to use the ontology editor Protégé. It can edit ontologies in the Web Ontology Language standard, and have plugins for reasoning and other things.

Instructions

Download Protégé. Launch it then follow the instruction of the Protégé tutorial. Some things in the tutorial are specific to version 4, while the current version is 5.6.3. I made a video that explains how to use it and the little differences between v4 and v5.5.

Save the ontology in Turtle format.

You can generate the documentation from the source file using LODE or WIDOCO.
