    • 2 cL freshly squeezed lime juice*
    • 2 cL Triple Sec (e.g., Cointreau)
    • Ice cubes*
    • Salt*
    • 1 lime wedge*

Shake the first 4 ingredients like a mad man with Parkinson's syndrome. Strain into a salt-rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

  2. French 75

    • 4 cL Brandy (preferably Cognac)
    • 1 cL freshly squeezed lemon juice*
    • 1 cL simple syrup*
    • Ice cubes*
    • dry SPARQLing wine (preferably Champagne)
    • 1 cherry or an orange slice*

Shake the first 4 ingredients as if you were in voodoo trance. Strain into a champagne flute with 2 fresh ice-cubes. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a cherry or orange slice.

  3. Old fashionned

    • 4 cL high quality whisky
    • 1 sugar cube or 1/2 cL simple syrup*
    • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters*
    • Ice cubes*
    • 1 piece of orange peel*

Prepare drink directly in an old-fashioned glass. Soak the sugar cube with Angostura bitters and a little splash of water. Muddle it until dissolve (or, use sugar syrup with angostura). Fill the glass with ice. Add the whisky. Press the orange peel above the glass to extract the oil. Garnish with the orange peel or a twist.

  4. The Exotic Cocktail in Search of a Name

    • 3 cL Rum or Cachaça
    • 3 cL Silver Tequila
    • 1 cL homemade Grenadine*
    • 2 cL passion fruit juice*
    • 2 cL pineapple juice*
    • 1 cL lime juice*
    • Few drops of vanilla extract*
    • Ice cubes*

Shake the ingredients like icy Hell. Strain into a tall glass filled with cracked ice, or into an emptied pineapple. Garnish with a pineapple leaf and straws. To impress everyone, fill half an empty passion fruit with strong rum (like Lemonhart 151) and flame it and let it float on the surface of the cocktail.
